Detox

Generally my version of a detox diet is going to Chad, being informed that room service is out of everything on the menu, and eating a lot of granola bars. I wash this down with healthy amounts of gin and the occasional course of antibiotics. But this last trip didn't have quite the effect I was expecting (I knew I overdid the gin), so I am vaguely contemplating something like this.

Although MHM is on a cupcake-making kick. I wonder if there is such a thing as Cupcake Detox?

As someone who literally flew from 47 degrees Celsius ("Oh Fuck it's the hot season in Juba") to 22 degrees Fahrenheit ("Oh Fuck I'm stuck in Detroit due to Snow") last month... I like to have a VERY SMALL cardigan on me at all times.
